Norman A. Feazell, III

Norman A. Feazell, III, the founder of Pacifiq Mass Media Services, supervised public relations campaigns for clients ranging from MLK/Charles Drew Medical Center to The Community College Foundation/Los Angeles County’s Independent Living Program.

His media expertise is tempered by his work experience in local government, the nonprofit sector, private corporations, as an entrepreneur and musician. The power and convenience of technology has maintained allurement with the PMMS founder since childhood. A natural, but well refined, gift for writing/communication, laid the foundation for one of the millenniums most innovative media minds.

From worker morale improvement at MLK/Charles Drew Medical Center, to strategic planning for Children’s Law Center, Mr. Feazell has found the most efficient uses of mass media components to provide results for his clients. After interning at the Ehrhardt Group and other New Orleans PR Firms, Mr Feazell went on to add Priority Records promotions for (Ice Cube, Master P, Mack 10), merchandising for Mission Beverage/Coors Beer, ad/press writing for independent films, and free lance reporting to his resume.

“I co-planned and publicized my first event at 17. That started my fascination with the media,” says Mr. Feazell. The graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana’s School of Mass Communications, has written for countless publications, and provides Pacifiq Mass Media Services with experience and wisdom from private, public and nonprofit public relations campaign management.

“I love thought. I love words. Logical thoughts, followed by powerful words put into action, generate progress and profit. I love profit.” When Norman was not carving new niches in the field of Mass Communications, was a performing musician, sound engineer and an Outreach Advisor/youth advocate.

As a recording artist and sound engineer, PMMS’s founder has been involved with over 67 recording projects. Via his outreach he has taught, mentored and advocated for the rights of thousands of Los Angeles County youth, in foster and probation care.
