Work Request Form
Recording services are purchased via blocks of time. Payment in full is due at the completion of each appointment. Time missed due to tardiness is not refundable and must be paid for. Pacifiq Mass Media Services reserves blocks of time by appointment documented by the Work Request Form. Missed appointments are still billable to the reserving client.
If the client is late, the client is responsible for the entire time block reserved, and additional time must be purchased as necessary. Cancellation must be made with at least 3 Hours notice. There is a 2 Hour reservation minimum. Fax: 310 225 2556
